Beige cloth lettered in black. 12 Original lithographs present (one is the dust jacket). This is the American issue with Braziller on the spine, and the text in English. Volume 1 of the Catalogue Raisonné of Chagall. This copy has a small stain to the top page edges at the spine, not very noticeable, extending about a quarter-inch into the top margin of some leaves. Otherwise, a very nice clean copy in the lithographic dust jacket, lightly shelfworn, and original glasine jacket. The glasine jacket is a bit worn and slightly chipped at the top of the spine.
