Original printed wrappers, bound in later blue marbled boards, cloth spine, hand-titled label on front cover. 48pp. Edge of front wrapper chipped, old stain to fore-edge, a very good copy. This regards Baillarge's proposal for a French-Canadian flag, and includes an order form at the rear for the flag, at a cost of six piastres. He formally proposed a flag design in 1911. An uncommon book.
