The 14th edition of this etiquette book was published in 1887; prior to that the title was: "Manners and Tone of Good Society : or, Solecisms to be Avoided", the earliest edition of which seems to be from 1879.

1902. A 42-page booklet, stapled, in pale green printed wrappers. One folding plate on blue paper, printed in black & red. Ownership signature on the front wrapper, light edge wear, about fine. This booklet prints the deed, mortgage, etc. for the construction of a grain elevator in Portland, Maine. It contains the details of a contract between the Atlantic & St. Lawrence Railroad Company, the New England Elevator Company, and The Grand Trunk Railway Company Of Canada. The folding plate is a map showing the intended site of the elevator, by the GTR Passenger Station on India Street in Portland, Maine.

Orinda: Press of the Golden Key, 1979. Olive wrappers designed and lettered in green. A tipped-in piece of papyrus, from the Papyrus Institute, Cairo, serves as a frontispiece. Limited to 150 copies, 100 of which were for presentation to members of the Roxburghe Club, San Francisco. Signed by Olmsted on the title page. One little wrinkle to front wrapper, a stain to the upper edge which extends down the center pages (a spill on the booklet while opened? not very noticeable); fine otherwise.
