Some shelf wear to corners and edges, tears in the top edge of four internal pages (quite long, into the text, but closed and not messy); otherwise quite a bright, very good copy. Not dated, but possibly the first editi on. Listed in Hubin, giving a date of 1922. This book was made into a silent film by Ideal in 1923 as: "Hutch Stirs 'Em Up". An uncommon book.
