Spine sunned, wear to edges and hinges, inner hinges cracked, remnants of label on rear fly leaf; about very good otherwise. A Canadian issue of the first edition, with the words: "CANA DIAN EDITION / For Sale in Canada Only" on the title page above the imprint. This issue is uncommon. Price: 50.00 USD
